Welcome to isgettingmarried. These Terms of Service govern the creation, delivery, hosting, and use of our wedding websites, RSVP systems, invitation pages, and related services.

By placing an order, making payment, submitting content, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We design and deliver digital wedding experiences including:

• Wedding websites
• RSVP and guest management pages
• Invitation and event information pages
• Custom domains and hosting (where included)
• Related website customization services

2. Placing an Order

A project begins only after payment confirmation and receipt of required materials.

Required materials may include names, dates, event details, photographs, text content, preferences, and any requested assets.

Delivery timelines begin once all requested information has been received.

3. Delivery Timeline

Where a turnaround time is advertised, it is an estimated service target and not a guaranteed deadline.

Delays caused by missing information, revision requests, third- party services, force majeure events, or approval delays may extend delivery dates.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event information
• Submit only content you own or may legally use
• Review delivered work promptly
• Ensure guest information is collected lawfully

You remain responsible for the accuracy of all information published on your website.

5. Payments & Refunds

All pricing is shown in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise stated.

Work already completed, delivered, or approved is generally non-refundable.

Refund requests, if accepted, may exclude administrative, processing, design, and hosting costs already incurred.

6. Revisions

Revision allowances depend on the selected package.

Requests that substantially change approved designs, structure, or content may be treated as additional work and priced separately.

7. Hosting & Website Availability

Hosting periods are determined by the package purchased.

At the end of the hosting period, websites may become unavailable, archived, removed, or require renewal to remain active.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Domains

Where custom domains are provided or connected, ownership and renewal obligations may depend on the registration arrangement selected during purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photographs, names, wedding content, and submitted materials.

We retain ownership of our software, templates, design systems, codebase, and proprietary processes.

10. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise requested in writing before launch, we may display completed public wedding websites for promotional and portfolio purposes.

11. Acceptable Use

Our services may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove websites that violate these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount paid for that service.

We are not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, guest actions, or events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Nigeria.
